What is your warranty and return policy?
The product is designed and Made in India. The cast metal body and metal grills are manufactured by the Handicraft sector Artisans, the Drivers are made in India by the small scale sector. The wooden parts are hand machined by artisans. Only the Amplification system is imported.
These would soon be available to experience in a few locations in NCR which are mentioned on the contact page. Additional sub dealers will showcase these in various other parts of India soon.
These have been crafted with the utmost attention to design and quality. They carry a 3 years warranty and shall be either replaced or repaired during this period. They would have to be sent to the service centre mentioned.
